Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@ashatelier.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Original signed works and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
