1. Domestic (Local) Policy Guidelines

Eligible products purchased domestically may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange under our 14-day domestic policy, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all product tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt) must be presented.

Note on Domestic Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. International Sales Policy

Due to customs complexities, extended transit durations, and logistical constraints, all international sales are deemed final. By finalizing your checkout with an international shipping address, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The order cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason after it has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by international customs offices.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective (applicable to both domestic and international orders), please notify our customer support team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. You must provide your order number alongside photographic evidence of the damage to initiate a verified claim review.

4. How to Initiate a Domestic Return

To start a return for a local order, please contact our support department with your order information. Once your return package is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
